playdash55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified period may result in account suspension.

Game Rules

All games on playdash55 are operated according to the rules established and displayed within each game interface. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred.

Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, playdash55 will investigate the case based on saved server records. Any bets involved in the disruption will be returned to your account balance. playdash55's decision in such matters is final.

Betting Limits

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met and all valid balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance after closure will be refunded if no restrictions apply.

Closure by playdash55

Playdash55 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

There is evidence or suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
Member violates any part of these Terms and Conditions
Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
A directive has been received from the relevant authorities

Inactive Account

Any account showing no login or transaction activity for 12 months is considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of MYR 5 will be charged on inactive accounts, subject to sufficient balance.
